I ordered a few bits from Bike Stop and was genuinely pleased with them. The parts felt sturdy as soon as I took them out of the packaging, not flimsy or cheaply finished like some bike stuff I’ve had before. Even the edges and fittings looked clean, which I always notice. Everything lined up properly when I fitted it too, no awkward forcing or fiddling around. Really happy with the quality overall.

"Helpful sizing advice"
I wasn’t really sure what size jacket to order, so I emailed them and, uh, they gave me clear advice that ended up being spot on. It fit me right the first time, so I didn’t have to deal with sending it back. Really happy with the help.

"I was happy with the range..."
I was happy with the range on bikestop.co.uk. Managed to find a helmet, jacket, and gloves all in one place, and there were loads of sizes to choose from too. It was way easier than hopping around a bunch of different shops. I’d definitely use them again.

"Good value, actually worth it"
I ordered a few bike bits from bikestop.co.uk and the prices were actually better than most of the other places I looked at. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. For what I paid, I really can’t complain, it felt like good value and I’d definitely use them again

"Helpful staff, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff were helpful and did get my issue sorted in the end, but I have to admit the wait for a reply was frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and I found myself checking for an update a few times. Good support overall, just wish it had been quicker.
